1. Acceptance

By using Hyle — including the iOS/iPadOS app and the public wishlist feature at hyle.kumasaru.com — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Hyle is a personal collection and wishlist app. Users can create private collections and optionally share wishlists via a public URL. Hyle acts as a passive hosting provider for user-generated content; it does not review or endorse any list before publication.

3. Prohibited content

You may not use Hyle to create, share, or link to content that:

• Is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that glorifies violence, or material that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Constitutes hate speech or incitement to discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Promotes or sells counterfeit goods.
• Is spam, fraudulent, or designed to mislead others.

Hyle reserves the right to remove any content and revoke any public link at any time, with or without notice, if it violates these terms or applicable law.

4. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of lists you create and share. By sharing a public wishlist you confirm that its content complies with these Terms of Service and with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

5. Reporting violations

If you encounter a public wishlist that you believe violates these terms or applicable law, please report it using the ⚑ Report this list button on the wishlist page, or send an email to abuse@kumasaru.com with the URL of the list and a description of the issue. We aim to review reports within 72 hours.

6. Disclaimer of liability

Hyle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kumasaru / Hyle is not liable for any content created by users, or for any damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
